Kirsty joined as a Trainee Board Member at Golden Lane Housing in May 2022. Kirsty is currently a Director on the Corporate Debt Capital Markets team at Lloyds Banking Group. She is responsible for helping housing associations access long-term funding in the capital markets. She has a strong focus on environmental, social and governance factors in financing and how these factors can be incorporated into an association’s funding plans. Her role also involves supporting housing associations through the entire bond process. 

Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys playing (non-contact) rugby, which still tends to result in broken limbs!
