Home based with regular travel to the Manchester Office | £50,197.50 | Home working allowance | Full time | Permanent

Why this role matters

Property and Sustainability Performance Delivery Business Partner plays a central role in ensuring that property and sustainability services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with regulatory standards.

The postholder leads on performance management, service improvement, contractor oversight, data accuracy, and ensuring that buildings remain safe, well‑maintained, and supportive environments for tenants with additional needs.

Location

Home based with frequent travel to the Manchester Head Office.

Our offer to you

We offer a salary of £50,197.50 per annum, for a full time, 35 hour week working Monday to Friday. In addition you’ll get 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increases with service).

You also get paid volunteering days (3 per year), plus a day off for your birthday.

In addition you can take advantage of our contributory pension scheme, (5% employee / 5% employer).
