About Ruth
Ruth has extensive experience in asset management from her time at believe housing, where she oversaw major investment programmes, long term asset planning, sustainability, compliance and the delivery of high performing, customer centred services.
In her current role as Chief Experience Officer at RE:GEN Group, she leads the organisation’s customer experience, asset strategy and people function across housing, retrofit and regeneration. She drives RE:GEN’s commitment to excellence, cultural growth and sector leading performance, shaping services that put people, customers and communities at the centre of every decision.
Outside of work, Ruth lives in North Yorkshire with her husband, daughter and dog. As a family navigating ADHD together, she is passionate about championing understanding, inclusion and the importance of creating environments at home and at work where everyone can thrive.
