Reporting a repair: the quickest way to get help

We are currently receiving a high number of calls to our repairs service, which means customers may experience longer waiting times than usual.

To help us respond quickly to those who need urgent assistance, we are asking customers to use our online services wherever possible for non-urgent repairs.

If you need to report an emergency repair, please stay on the line and a member of our team will assist you as soon as possible.

For repairs that are not urgent, please use our online reporting tool or email the repairs team. This helps keep our phone lines available for emergencies and ensures we can support customers with the most urgent issues as quickly as possible.

An emergency repair is when there is a serious risk of injury or major damage to your home. This could be something that affects your health and safety or makes your home unsafe to live in.
