Our Assets team have recently completed three fab kitchen makeovers for tenants in Sudbury and Kent.
In Kent, our tenants were in need of a new kitchen. It was decided that as part of this makeover, pull down draws would be installed within the wall units. This means that the tenants at the property are now able to use the wall units, whereas before the wall units were too high for them to access. The units have made a huge difference to the tenants being able to independently use their kitchen space.

In Sudbury, another brand new kitchen was installed for our tenants, with thoughtful adaptations made so that our tenants can enjoy cooking safely and efficiently. The kitchen was also re-wired and the external drainage pipework was replaced to make sure that everything is as up to date, and to help prevent any issues from coming up in the near future. The support service at this property also commented that the new fitted cupboard bins have been a great source of entertainment, as the tenants have been getting used to finding them!
