Golden Lane Housing is proud to share that one of its brand new developments, launched earlier this year, has been shortlisted for a prestigious Inside Housing Development Award.
Maker’s Close, Norwich – which is now home to tenants with learning disabilities and autistic tenants – has been shortlisted in the Best supported housing development – rural/suburban category.
Golden Lane Housing would like to congratulate all of its partners involved in developing Maker’s Close – Norfolk County Council, HBV Group, ATEL Design and Build and Avenues Group. The shortlisting is testament to the work and dedication which went into bringing these beautiful, vital homes to life.
