Golden Lane Housing and LivGreen – Retrofit Specialists, have been awarded has been awarded Collaboration of the Year at the Unlock Net Zero Awards 2026.
This prestigious award recognises the success of our partnership in delivering energy efficiency improvements to 54 homes for people with a learning disability and autistic people, helping to create warmer, more comfortable and sustainable homes, as part of the SHDF Wave 2.1 programme.
What made this project particularly special was the shared commitment to putting tenants at the centre of every stage of the work. By working closely with tenants, families, support providers and contractors, we were able to deliver meaningful improvements while minimising disruption and ensuring people felt informed and supported throughout.
This award reflects the strength of partnership working and what can be achieved when organisations come together with a common goal.
