We are pleased to announce that following our inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing we have received the highest ratings and are compliant against all the standards.
The Regulator inspects registered providers every 4 years, the inspection looks at 3 areas:
- Governance
- Viability
- Consumer Standards
We achieved G1 for Governance, V1 for Viability and C1 for Consumer Standards.
This means:
- We are a strong and well run organisation
- We manage our finances well
- We provide safe homes and good services
The new consumer rating also shows that we are listening to tenants and working to improve.
