You may only park in your garden if you have a properly constructed hardstanding and a dropped kerb connecting to the highway.
As part of your tenancy agreement, any vehicle parked on a hard standing must be roadworthy, taxed, and insured. Vehicles that do not meet these requirements may be removed.
If you need a dropped kerb, you must apply to your local council for permission.
