Emma joined Golden Lane Housing in April 2025 as Director of Business Services, overseeing the Marketing and Communications, IT, Governance and Risk and People and Culture services.
About Emma
Emma has previously worked across a variety of not-for-profit sectors, specifically in housing for the past 10 years. She has held different leadership roles and has operational and strategic experience, her most recent role before joining Golden Lane Housing being Director of Integration and Transformation. She also holds a degree in Leadership and Management and is a Chartered Marketer. She is committed to continuing her professional development has gained a Strategic Project Programme Management Diploma, and certified Level C Project Manager status, with the Institute of Project Management.
Emma is passionate about the housing sector and helping to build and sustain fantastic communities and homes that people love to live in. She is excited to see how Golden Lane Housing can use recent and upcoming change in regulation and legislation to strengthen its data driven decisions and drive positive engagement, satisfaction and change for our tenants.
Outside of work, Emma is a busy mum of two young daughters and spending time with her family is the most important thing to her. Exercise is also a huge part of her life, and she makes time most days to go either for a run or to go to the gym.
