Director of Development and Growth
Emily has been an integral part of Golden Lane Housing since March 2003. She has gathered a huge amount of experience by working in different roles within the organisation, and this comprehensive understanding of its operations has proven invaluable to her leadership.

About Emily

Since December 2021, as Head of Development, she has spearheaded the growth and evolution of Golden Lane Housing’s services, driving growth and prioritising key partnerships across valued local authorities, providers and a range of investor partners.

Emily was promoted to Director of Development and Growth in January 2025, and she continues to bring her vision and dedication to the forefront of Golden Lane Housing. What really drives Emily is her passion for making supported living better. She truly believes in helping people live their best, most independent lives and housing is the foundation for this. She’s all about creating a caring and welcoming space, putting people first, and always looking for ways to improve what Golden Lane Housing offers.
