Looking after your home is something we do together and some repairs are our responsibility while others are yours.
Knowing who’s responsible helps us get things fixed quickly and keep your home in good condition.
There are some small repairs and maintenance tasks that we expect you to look after in your home. These help keep things working properly and stop small issues becoming bigger problems.
Here are some of the things you’re responsible for:
- Unblocking toilets
- Changing light bulbs
- Changing shower heads and hoses
- Replacing plugs and chains on sinks and baths
- From time to time, your home or garden may have problems with pests. Although this can usually be easily prevented, in most cases it is your responsibility to deal with a pest problem but we can offer advice if you need help knowing what to do.
We don’t carry out or install:
- Doorbells
- Outdoor decking
- Curtain poles and blinds
