If you need to report an emergency repair, call us any time, day or night on 0300 003 7007 and select option 1.
Our lines are open 24 hours a day.
We aim to respond to all emergency repairs within 24 hours of you reporting the problem.
Examples of emergency repairs:
- A gas leak
- A burst pipe or major water leak
- No heating or hot water
- No power or all lights and sockets not working
- No running water
- A broken lock on your main door
