Applying for a home with us
To be considered for a home, nominees or direct applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- The applicant has a Learning Disability or Autism diagnosis.
- The applicant is known to the local community adult social care and have a commissioned package of support and has an active care plan in place.
- The applicant needs support to maintain a tenancy.
- The applicant has the appropriate funding and personal support provision for a minimum of 25 hours.
- The applicant does not have access to suitable alternative housing.
- The applicant is aged 18 or over or is an Local Authority care leaver aged 16 or over.
Tenants and their families who would like to live in a Golden Lane Housing home, should contact their social worker and Adult Social Care team to discuss being referred in the first place.
