£10 million Golden Lane Housing Bond money used to buy and adapt new homes
The 2013 bond was redeemed in January 2018.
Golden Lane Housing’s charity bond raised in September 2013 £10 million was used to finance housing for people with a learning disability in specially adapted homes in the community.
The bond instrument attracted over 700 individual investors and a range of institutional investors such as charitable trusts and foundations.
Golden Lane Housing deployed the full £10 million to buy 25 properties and provided homes to 99 people with a learning disability and autistic people.
