Tenant satisfaction survey arriving soon

The annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey lands next week. It’s an important survey capturing tenants views about Golden Lane Housing services.

From next week, the annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey will be landing in the post. This important survey helps us understand what’s working well and what we can improve, so we encourage everyone to take part and share their views.

The survey is also part of the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standard.

You can see the results of last year’s survey here on our website.

We’re pleased to confirm that Acuity, who are an independent research company, will be delivering the survey on our behalf. This means your feedback will be collected confidentially and reported to us anonymously.

The deadline to complete the survey is 31 March, so please keep an eye out for it and take a few minutes to let us know what you think.
