We are aware of an issue with the emergency phone line. As the Golden Lane Housing office is closed for the festive period, tenants and their support staff can ring the helpline if they have an emergency or an emergency repair on 0300 003 7007, and select option 1. At the moment, there is a message on the helpline saying to contact the landlord. If you call the emergency helpline, please ignore this message and stay on the line as somebody will answer your call – please do not hang up.
The office will reopen on Monday 5th January at 8.30am to take all calls.
