27.03.26, 12.45pm update: Please note that the issues with our systems have now been resolved. You can now report repairs in all the usual ways:
- Report an emergency or non-emergency repair by calling 0300 003 7007, option 1, between 9am and 5pm, Monday – Friday
- Report a non-emergency repair by using the online repairs tool or by emailing propertyservices@glh.org.uk

We are experiencing some issues with our systems, which are working to resolve. This means that at this time, we are only able to action calls that are for emergency repairs and emergencies over the phone. Any repairs or jobs that are not an emergency should be reported online here: https://www.glh.org.uk/managing-your-home/repairs-and-maintenance/report-a-non-urgent-repair-using-our-online-tool/
Once our systems are working again, we will be able to action the repairs that have been reported online.
