📢 We are proud to see the launch of Sundial Bank, a modern and inclusive supported living community in South Manchester. 🏡
The scheme provides 14 high-quality, self-contained apartments plus sleep in accommodation and communal space in a quiet residential area of South Manchester. Designed to help individuals live more independently with the right support in place, the scheme reflects Golden Lane Housing’s vision to create a world where everyone with a learning disability has opportunities to access good quality housing that meets their needs.
Emily Collinson, Director of Development and Growth said, “Sundial Bank is a powerful example of what can be achieved when housing, health and care partners work together. We’re proud to lead this development which is again another example of providing much-needed homes that empower people to live independently.”
Sundial Bank has been developed with the support of a number of key partners including the NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Partnership (GM ICP) and Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA).
Partnership at the heart ❤️
Golden Lane Housing worked closely with Cavalry Healthcare, the chosen support provider for Sundial Bank, who will deliver 24/7 tailored support to residents. The partnership ensures that housing and care are joined up around the needs of each individual – helping them develop life skills, engage in their community, and build brighter futures.
Independence in the heart of South Manchester
Each apartment includes a modern kitchen and living area, bathroom, and access to landscaped gardens and outdoor space. Residents will benefit from proximity to shops, GP services, green spaces, community centres, and public transport links, helping support independent and active lifestyles.
