Golden Lane Housing (GLH) has launched its Annual Report to Tenants 2024/2025. The 2026 wall calendar, based on the organisation’s performance for the 2024/2025 financial year, will be hitting tenants’ doorsteps in the coming week and is now available to view online.
The Annual Report to Tenants gives an overview of the work and services GLH has provided over the last year and includes information for tenants on how GLH is doing, its achievements and things it is working on to improve. Following feedback from tenants that they enjoyed the previous reports being in a wall calendar format, having activities and stickers to mark occasions such as birthdays. GLH has worked to make the report even more accessible and interactive this year, as well as incorporating its new branding – it is the first, official GLH document to be designed in its brand-new colours and font.
Sacha Wenn and Sam Dean , GLH tenants and members of tenant committee, More Voices, More Choices, have worked alongside the GLH Marketing and Communications Team and MaxMedia on making sure the calendar is informative, engaging, and most importantly, accessible to tenants. Sacha’s cat, Milo, also returns to star in this year’s calendar!
When asked why she likes being involved with helping to improve GLH communications and co-producing the Annual Report to Tenants calendar, Sacha said: “I like being involved with Golden Lane Housing because I like to put my point of view across and change things to make things better.
“I like this year’s annual report calendar because it’s different, it’s bold and has good information about what we need to know.”
John Verge, Chief Executive at GLH said: “A big thank you to Sacha and Sam, whose creativity and feedback have been vital to the production of this year’s Annual Report to Tenants. We hope our tenants enjoy using their 2026 calendars, and find the monthly information about different services at GLH interesting and accessible. We launched our new three-year plan back in March, focusing on our three goals – Quality Tenant Experience, Impact and Growth, and Future Ready. All of these have our tenants at the centre of them, and we look forward to collaborating more with Sacha, Sam and many other GLH tenants as we work towards achieving them.
“Thank you also to all our colleagues who helped to bring the calendar together, and to MaxMedia for their expert designing of the final publication. It’s fantastic to see our new branding come to life within the report , and we hope that our tenants and partners love it as much as we do. Producing the report is always a highlight of the year, and we look forward to seeing it reflect the evolution of GLH in the coming years.”
