We’ll make sure any equipment we’ve provided is regularly checked and maintained in line with the manufacturer’s guidance and health and safety law. This helps us keep you safe and gives you confidence that everything is working as it should.
To do this, we’ll need access to your home so our engineers can assess and test the equipment.
We’ll always contact you at least a month before your safety check is due and arrange an appointment at a time that works best for you.
