Anti-social behaviour

Everyone has the right to feel safe and respected in their home and the community where they live. At Golden Lane Housing, we take anti-social behaviour seriously and will always work with you to address any behaviour that causes distress, fear or disruption.

Anti-social behaviour includes things like ongoing noise, harassment, threats, vandalism, hate incidents, hate crime and domestic abuse. These issues can have a real impact on your wellbeing, and we understand how upsetting and frightening they can be.

If you are experiencing anti-social behaviour, we will listen to you, take your concerns seriously and take action to help keep you safe. We will work with you and, where needed, with the police, local authorities and support services to stop the behaviour and reduce the risk of it happening again.
