We have effective performance management arrangements in place and measure how we are doing using performance indicators which we review every year.

Quarterly performance information – How we are doing

Our quarterly performance update ‘How we are doing’ is aimed at tenants wanting to find out how well we are performing against the goals set out in Our Plan 2025-28. The information is provided in easy read.

Complaints performance

We report on our complaints performance every year. You can find information on key themes, what learnings we have taken from complaints and how we have made service improvements.

Tenant Satisfaction Measures

As part of the Regulator of Social Housing’s new Consumer Standards, all registered housing providers are required to report on Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) each year. You can view our latest results here.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report

ESG considerations are embedded in our work as a housing provider. As an early adopter of the Sustainability Reporting Standard for specialist support housing, we are committed to strengthening transparency and consistency in ESG reporting across the sector.

Annual Report to Tenants

The report provides a detailed overview for tenants on our performance over the last year in areas such as new homes, complaints, repairs and anti-social behaviour. It also shows how we spend rent and details the costs of maintaining homes.
