Our vision is everyone with a learning disability has opportunities to access good quality housing that meets their needs.
Established by Mencap in 1998, Golden Lane Housing was formed to provide quality housing and to support people to make choices about where, how and with whom they wish to live their lives.
Since inception, Golden Lane Housing has invested over £60 million transforming the lives of over 1,000 people by providing them with suitable supported living accommodation throughout
GLH helps people with a learning disability and their families in a number of ways, including;
· Providing high quality rented housing tailored to meet and individuals specific needs
· Family and shared ownership
· Helping families make long term plans through the use of legacies and family trusts
· Offering general advice and guidance on housing related issues
