This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid position with visits to the Manchester office

The role is part of the Finance Team providing support to the Rents and Service Charges Manager and the wider housing team to manage rent and service charge income and expenditure. The Finance Assistant – Rents and Service Charge will be responsible for managing income and payments in accordance with housing contracts and ensures accurate recording and reporting of income management data and is a point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
