The Rent and Service Charge Manager will be responsible for the delivery and management of all aspects of rent and service
charges for all GLH tenants, ensuring that they are financially viable and sustainable and to have overall responsibility for the
correct charging of rent and service charges to our tenants. The Rent and Service Charge Manager will be responsible for the
year-end service charge reconciliations and to maintain accurate records of all transactions, the analysis of financial data and the preparation and production of all reports required by the Head of Finance.
