The Quality & Assurance Officer oversees service contracts for Repairs and Maintenance, ensuring strict compliance with fields
such as Gas, Electric, Fire, Asbestos, Legionella, Servicing and any other statutory or legal requirements within their
geographical patch. Their primary focus is on ensuring GLH properties are safe for tenants and meet performance
requirements, KPIs, quality, and GLH’s delivery standards.
