Salary – £34,503 with excellent benefits
Permanent, full-time.
Role based in Kent with extensive travel around the area.
The role requires repair and maintenance of domestic properties with tenants with learning disabilities and autistic tenants.. Maintenance and repair tasks will include plumbing, plastering, joinery, painting, bricklaying, and roofing. Some larger works are undertaken which include kitchen fitting, installing fire rated doors to regulatory standards.
The role holder will work alongside Housing Officers, Property Service Centre staff and support staff and will be an ambassador for GLH so
is expected to communicate with tenants successfully and build relationships.
The role is customer facing and rewarding. Some medium to longer distance travel will be required to properties on some days to meet
the requirements of the varied portfolio of GLH properties.
