Important information about our repairs and the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our repairs helpdesk are still taking calls on:
We are only able to complete emergency repairs at this time due to risk of spreading the coronavirus.
When we know what your repair is for, we will decide if it is urgent and then make the decision whether to send a member of our team to your home.
If the repair is not urgent, we will record your repair and complete it as soon as we are advised we can by the government.
We will regularly review any non-urgent repairs we have recorded to make sure that they do not become urgent if they are left for a long period of time.
Please be aware that it is hard to get building resources at the moment as a lot of our suppliers and stores are closed. We are working hard to try and source materials we need to complete repairs at your homes.
The health and safety of our tenants, staff and people we work with is very important to us.
We are asking our tenants and their support teams to let us know if you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of coronavirus.
We will ask you about this on the phone before we visit your homes to do any repair work. Please be honest with us so we can keep everyone safe.
We are following the government’s guidance.
Our staff are taking all safety measures with cleanliness and safety when entering your home. Please make sure that they are provided with a safe working distance of at least two meters to allow them to complete their work in your home safely and swiftly.
If our staff member is not provided with this, they have the right to make safe and leave the premises until it is safe for them to return.
Thank you for your patience at this time and take care.
This helps you and your support staff to report a repair in your home. You can read about it here.
