Earlier this month the first changes to Golden Lane Housing’s maintenance service began with British Gas delivering some of our services.
On 31 March 2014, two contractors are taking over the responsibility of delivering some of our day-to-day repairs and cyclical programme.
Keepmoat Property Services will be delivering the services in the North of England and North Wales, EMMDEE in the South West of England and South Wales. These works include:

“We are looking at our Maintenance services across the country and best ways to deliver an improved and effective service to our customers. By listening to our tenants’ wants, needs and aspirations we were able to produce a long-term plan.
Our changes began with introducing a new Maintenance Team to assist with our improved service and growing number of tenants’ homes. We warmly welcome and look forward to working with our new contractors including Keepmoat and EMMDEE who are providing a variety of services to our tenants.
