Charles is a director at JLL, specialising in affordable housing. JLL is a large international firm of property advisors. Their affordable housing team is one of the largest and most experienced advisors to the sector, valuing £25 billion of housing association assets and advising on the transaction of thousands of social housing units every year.

Charles is a chartered surveyor and RICS registered valuer. He leads the transactional side of JLL’s affordable housing team. His team advise clients on all types of affordable housing transactions including the acquisition, disposal or swaps of existing social housing stock, S106 sales and land transactions. In addition to this Charles provides valuation and consultancy advice to his clients. Prior to joining JLL Charles worked at Deloitte.
