In 2016 GLH was awarded a G1/V1 rating by our regulator, The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) after undertaking an In-Depth Assessment. The assessment covered the areas of strategy, financial resilience and governance and structure.
In November 2017 the HCA undertook their annual stability check and have confirmed GLH’s regulatory rating remains G1/V1, which is the highest rating.
Rod Dugher, head of housing at GLH said, “We’re absolutely delighted to retain our G1/V1 for the second year as a Registered Provider. We continuously strive to help more people with a learning disability and develop as an organisation. Through the passion and dedication of the trustees and staff we help to make this become a reality.”
