Golden Lane Housing is taking precautions to protect and maintain the services we provide to our tenants and customers during the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the UK.
The precautions will help us to protect our tenants, customers, staff and contractors by reducing the spread of the coronavirus and provide essential services.
National lockdown: stay at home
You must stay at home. The single most important action we can all take is to stay at home to protect the NHS and save lives.
You should follow this guidance immediately. The law will be updated to reflect these new rules. For more information visit the government’s website.
If you are self-isolating
We are asking our tenants and customers to advise us if you are self-isolating due to a suspected or confirmed case of the coronavirus. This will help us to agree how to provide the best service.
If you are self-isolating or would like to discuss or assess any appointments that may be booked or required, please call us on 0300 003 7007.
Help to stop the spread of the coronavirus
There are three simple actions we must all do to keep on protecting each other:
• Wash hands: keeping washing your hands regularly.
• Cover face: wear a face covering in enclosed spaces.
• Make space: stay at least two metres apart – or one metre with a face covering or other precautions.
