Golden Lane Housing is taking precautions to protect and maintain the services we provide to our tenants and customers during the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the UK.
The precautions will help us to protect our tenants, customers, staff and contractors by reducing the spread of the coronavirus and provide essential services. We are continuing to follow the government’s guidance.
If you are self-isolating
We are asking our tenants and customers to advise us if you are self-isolating due to a suspected or confirmed case of the coronavirus. This will help us to agree how to provide the best service.

Help to stop the spread of the coronavirus
From the 29 March 2021 ‘Stay at Home’ restrictions ease can we are able meet outside in groups of 6 people, or two households. The government urges the public to keep to these rules and follow these simple actions to help stop the spread of COVID-19:
• Wash hands: keeping washing your hands regularly.
• Cover face: wear a face covering in enclosed spaces.
• Make space: stay at least two metres apart – or one metre with a face covering or other precautions.
• Fresh air: meet people in the fresh air
