Providing specialist landlord services to individuals
Golden Lane Housing has staff trained and experienced in learning disabilities. We provide supported landlord services to all our tenants, helping to bridge the gap between housing and support – such as advice and guidance, support to keep safe, benefit advice, helping people to maintain a tenancy and a bespoke emergency and emergency repairs 24 hour helpline.
Our comprehensive quality framework is customised for each individual throughout their tenancy and the property in which they live.
By working with a variety of agencies we make sure that everyone moving into a GLH home receives the correct amount of support for their needs. There are approximately 36% of our tenants supported by Mencap, the leading UK charity for people with a learning disability and their families.
