Golden Lane Housing (GLH) is extraordinary!

We have received a 3 star accreditation from Best Companies for the second year running and listed as number 12 in The Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations to Work For 2019. We also had a double scoop at the Building Communities Awards 2019, receiving Housing Provider of the Year and Employee Development Award.

Members of the GLH team attended the fabulous ceremonies and there was immense pride as they went up on stage to receive the awards.

John Verge, director at GLH said, “We are absolutely thrilled. It’s such a privilege to work with such a caring and inspirational team who have one aim, to help people with a learning disability to live the life they choose. We look forward to implementing further improvements to the way we work and deliver our services.”

Jayne Southern, development assistant explains, “I absolutely love working for GLH and couldn’t be more proud to be ranked number 12 in The Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisation To Work For 2019. We may be a relatively small company but we’re making huge differences to many people’s lives.”

Ben Lane, compliance officer says, “I feel a real sense of pride working for GLH that enables me to contribute to the welfare and safety of our tenants by providing high levels of compliance within their homes. GLH provides a platform to be able to progress and fulfil career goals. It is such a fantastic place to work as we keep our tenants at the heart of what we do each day.”
