Golden Lane Housing and RE:GEN win Best Customer Experience at Northern Housing Awards

We’re proud to announce that our partnership with RE:GEN has been recognised with the Best Customer Experience award at this year’s Northern Housing Awards.

The award celebrates the success of a collaborative retrofit project that transformed a number of homes for our tenants.

Working closely with RE:GEN, we ensured that the voices of our tenants shaped every stage of the work. From bespoke scheduling and real-time engagement to personalised adaptations and proactive communication, the project went beyond bricks and mortar – it created places that truly feel like home.

This award is a testament to the power of partnership. Keith Henderson, Head of Property and Sustainability at Golden Lane Housing, said:
