Golden Lane Housing (GLH) is inviting all tenants to take part in this year’s Annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey, which has now launched.
This is your opportunity to share your views on the services we provide and help shape improvements for the future.
A paper copy of the survey will be sent to all tenants, and we encourage you to complete and return it before the deadline of 31st March 2025. Tenants also have the option to complete the survey online here.
The survey is an important part of the Regulator of Social Housing’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures, which assess how well landlords like Golden Lane Housing are performing in key areas such as repairs, safety, and tenant communication.
Why your feedback matters
Your views make a real difference. Last year’s feedback helped us improve services, particularly in complaint handling and keeping tenants better informed about things like repairs in their homes.
