Making it easier when you call us by phone

From Monday 2nd October, when you call 0300 003 7007 to speak to us, you will now have just 2 options to choose from.

Select option 1 to speak to us about a repair or if you are a contractor and would like to speak to a member of the property services team.

Select option 2 to speak to us about anything else like paying your rent, to be put through to your housing officer or to make a complaint.
