Golden Lane Housing is now offering an online service for reporting a non-urgent repair.

After listening to our tenants we have developed our new online repair service with the help our tenants and their support staff.

Reporting a non-urgent repair online

  • Click here to report your non-urgent repair, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Click on the picture that best describes your repair.
  • In a few simple steps you can tell us your name, address and attach pictures highlighting the fault.
  • You will receive your appointment letter within 3-5 business days.
