Tenant Inclusion

Tenant Inclusion is at the centre of                           Golden Lane Housing's ethos.

Our ethos has enabled our tenants to have an important role in the work we do and is key for us to maintain regular contact with them to celebrate their successes and understand the challenges they face.

We engage with our tenants in many different ways from regular contact with our Housing Support officers through to our Tenant Meetings held throughout the country. The forums meet quarterly and discuss issues that affect tenants in their day to day lives, the services GLH provides and gives them a voice in campaigns.

We work closely with tenants to produce accessible information and to establish standardised symbols that are recognised amongst all our tenants. These documents are approved as accessible by our tenants and receive the ‘Tenant Stamp of Approval’.

GLH has a personalised approach and has built up good relationships with our tenants and their support networks. GLH carries out an annual Quality Service Review at every tenant’s home. This holistic review is to ensure the tenant’s needs are still met, discuss their wellbeing and see that they are happy in their home.
