Our specialist landlord services include support to keep safe and build independent lives

Keep in contact with tenants and their support provider. We will undertake a GLH quality service review at least once a year with every tenant.

Work with tenants, their support provider and social services to make sure their needs continue to be met.

Work with tenants about aspects of living in their home, this support may include helping them become more involved in the local community or dealing with tenant or neighbour disputes.

Hold tenant forums to enable tenants to have a say in how GLH operates.

Ensure all operational staff who work at GLH have been cleared to work with vulnerable adults and have received learning disability awareness training.

Help identify housing that meets the tenant’s needs. If the tenant’s needs change through their tenancy we will work with them and their support network to look at the options available and how these could be funded
