Tenant inclusion is at the centre of Golden Lane Housing’s ethos. It has enabled our tenants to have an important role in the work we do and is key for us to maintain regular contact with them to celebrate their successes and understand the challenges they face. Through this our tenants are given choice, opportunity, respect and empowerment
If you have any concerns regarding the service you have received from the Customer Services Team or the Contractor you can contact our Custimer Services and Data Coordinator, Nicola Collins, or our Property Co-Ordinator, Tracey Foster.
Nigel Litten is our Property Surveyor for the South of England, he arranges planned works, major repairs and insurance works.
