GLH has a responsibility to look after over 430 properties across the UK.
Our dedicated Property Services Department provide a 24 hour responsive repairs service as well as an annual planned maintenance programme. We have a dedicated repairs team based at our Manchester office who are committed to providing an efficient and responsive repairs service whilst maintaining a person centred approach.
We work with a national contractor www.seddonpainting.co.uk who provide our day to day repairs service throughout the UK and http://www.homeserve.com/ who provide our out of hours service. All our contractors receive training from us to ensure that our tenants are treated with respect by anyone visiting their home on our behalf.
We have a busy year planned for 2010, during January we will be commencing our full stock condition survey which will be followed by a review of our contractor framework agreement and a major planned works programme for 2010/2011.
