Golden Lane Housing will:

• Look after my home in lots of ways.
• Give me information that tells me about repairs and maintenance work.
• Carry out checks in my home every year. They have to do this by law. For example, smoke alarms and gas safety.
• Arrange for the contractor to carry out work to my home.
• Give me help and advice about work being done to my home.
