GLH’s Maintenance Team and services are changing

As a growing organisation we are looking at what is important to our customers and ways to provide the best service to lead us into the future.

Our maintenance priorities will continue to meet the needs of our tenants, the standards of our properties, legal requirements and improve our services further.

 

To deliver our improved service to our customers and manage and maintain the increasing number of properties we needed to change the way we work.

Meet our new Maintenance Team

We have introduced a new structure and roles in our Maintenance Team. This will help us to continue building the relationships with our tenants and other customers while supporting us to deliver our planned and cyclical programme and improved service.

Welcome to British Gas

From 10 March 2014 British Gas will be working with us to provide some of our maintenance services to our tenants’ homes across the country, these works include:

• repairing gas heating systems
• repairing other gas appliances
• replacing boilers which are on the planned maintenance programme
• carrying out gas safety checks
• carrying out plumbing and drainage repairs

More changes are coming!
