On 21 January 2014 Golden Lane Housing was awarded the Best Small Client for the service we have provided to our tenants at the National Housing Maintenance Forum Awards 2014.
Golden Lane Housing’s new approach to asset management practice has brought a new way of working enabling us to improve our personalised service to our customers.
This fabulous evening brought organisations across the sector to celebrate best practice. Members of the team accepted the award and certificate which noted the Judge’s comments, ‘Great that it has got to grips with the service while continuing to look at each property and client.’

Our meticulous approach to improve our asset management practice across all areas brought major changes to ensure we delivered a service that put our tenants at the centre of everything we do whilst working more effectively.
