Focussing on the quality of customer care

Recently, Golden Lane Housing’s staff spent a successful day together to focus on the quality of our customer care. Alastair Graham began the day by recognising our achievements, often going beyond what would be expected of a landlord.

During course of the day we assessed the services we provide and perceptions of good customer services. Our tenants and their support staff presented their views through a video compilation followed by an analysis of satisfaction surveys and where we compared to other similar organisations.

After looking in depth at how our customer services could be improved across all areas many positive ideas were generated resulting in several projects being taken forward.

With involvement of our customers, the Development and Housing study is currently underway and we will be announcing the second project later on this week, watch this space!

The day ended on a high note with our Customer Care Awards 2013. Alastair awarded prizes to (left to right) Helen Ferguson, Gary French, Nigel Litten, Phil Whittaker, Nicki Briggs and Nicola Jones who had been nominated for their extremely high standards of customer service during the past year.
